Robert was born in 1648 in Cole Parish, Northumberland, Virginia.1   Robert's father was Daniel Neale and his mother was Ellen. He had three brothers named Daniel, Christopher and Charles.  He was the second youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 27 in 1675 in Northumberland C, Virginia.1
