Sarah Mulligan 
Sarah was born about 1862 in SC.1 Sarah's father was Francis A. Mulligan and her mother was Servetia Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Mulligan and Eliza Lavonia Dean. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Alex, Synthia and Henrietta. She was the second oldest of the five children.1 General Notes
