George was born in 1585 in Austerfield, Yorkshire, England.1 George's father was Anthony Morton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Morton and Alice Markham. He was an only child. He died at the age of 39 in 1624 in Plymouth Co., Plymouth, Massachusetts.1 General Notes
