1 Celia's father was John Mincey and her mother was Celia Hendricks. Her paternal grandparents were Shadrick Mincey and Jane; her maternal grandparents were John Hendrix and Mary. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Abraham, William, Shadrick, Mary Ann, Clary, Elizabeth and Martha.1 -
