Catherine Metzger 
Catherine was born on September 10th, 1762 in Effingham Co., GA.1 Catherine's father was Jacob Metzger and her mother was Margaret Schwartzwalder. Her paternal grandfather was Jacob Metzger; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Schwartzwalder and Margaret. She had three brothers and three sisters, named David, John, Jacob, Sarah, Lucia and Hannah.1
