Ellen Irene May McKinley

Ellen Irene May was born on May 21st, 1875.¹   Ellen Irene May's father was Charles Hamilton Sleep McKinley and her mother was Jane Matthews.  Her paternal grandparents were James McKinley and Rose Elizabeth Kyle; her maternal grandparents were James Matthews and Elizabeth McFarland. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James Fletcher, Charles William, Samuel Alfred, Eliza Ann, Mary Jane, Martha Helena, Julia Clyde and Letitia Angelina.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 31 on January 17th, 1907.¹
