Cecil Charles was born on January 15th, 1909 in Cass county, Iowa.1 Cecil Charles' father was Charles Leonidas Mc Cord and his mother was Margaret Toepfer. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Quinn Mc Cord and Hester M. Hill; his maternal grandparents were William Toepfer and Margaret. He had three brothers and a sister, named Leland Gail, Gerald Paul, Lloyd Maurice and Margaret Lillian. He had two half-brothers named Russell Charles and Roland R.. He died at the age of 56 on September 6th, 1965.1 -
