Jacques was born about 1675.  Jacques' father was Francois Marceau and his mother was Marie Louise Bolper.  His paternal grandparents were Andre Marceau and Marie Grand; his maternal grandparents were Gilles Bolper and Nicole Lechef. He had a brother named Louis.  He was the older of the two children.  He was buried on December 22nd, 1721 in St. Valier, Province of Quebec, Canada.
