Plummer J. was born on February 22nd, 1896.1 Plummer J.'s father was George Hugh Manson and his mother was Mary Jane Youngblood. His paternal grandparents were Richard Fleeting Manson and Carrie Ursula. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Clarence J., Clifford Hugh, Marjory and Mazie.
