William Arthur Mann 
William Arthur was born on March 2nd, 1858.1 William Arthur's father was Levi Dr. Mann and his mother was Catherine Ritter. His paternal grandparents were James a Mann and Sarah Magness. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Morgan e, Levi Martin, Albert Perry, James Henry, Arila Jane and Sarah Melissa. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Asberry W, Tillsworth Franklin, Harvey e and Mary e. He died at the age of 69 in 1927.1 -
