Walter was born on September 1st, 1902 in TATTNALL CO.1   Walter's father was Harley Lynn and his mother was Liziann Powell.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 84 on August 18th, 1987 in PROVIDENCE CHURCH CEMETERY, TOOMBS COUNTY.  He was buried in Toombs Co., GA.2 1
