Ottelia Loskofski 
Ottelia was born on November 11th, 1873 in Peterkau, West Prussia.1 Ottelia's father was Frederick Loskofski and her mother was Johanna Rominski. Her maternal grandparents were Johann A Rominski and Caroline Weihnacht. She had a brother and three sisters, named Friederich, Augusta, Maria Thersia and Caroline. She was the oldest of the five children. She had four half-brothers named Albert August Wilhelm, Johann Fredrich Wilhelm, Otto Wilhelm and Walter Theodore.1 -
