Sanford Oba Loomis 
Sanford Oba was born on March 10th, 1875 in Bowling Green, OH.1 Sanford Oba's father was William Levi Loomis and his mother was Mattie Crom. His paternal grandparents were Dudley Loomis and Mary Ann Wallace; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Crom and Barbara Oberdorf. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Freddie Elmer, John Edmon, Wallace LeRoy, Levi Dudley, Ella Lenora, Emma Viola, Myrtle Estella and Althea Mabel. He was the oldest of the nine children.1 -
