Peter Downey was born on October 20th, 1838 in Cleveland, CUYAHOGA CO, Ohio.1 Peter Downey's father was Morris Lolmaugh and his mother was Catharine N. Unknown. His maternal grandmother was Catherine Lolmaugh. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, Christopher, Nicholas, John, Consta and Catharine. He was the youngest of the seven children.
