Texas Lewallen 
Texas was born in 1870 in Scott, Tennessee.1 Texas' father was John Lewallen and her mother was Melinda Emily Reed. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Reed and Phariba [Rachel] Hatfield. She had a sister named Tennessee. She was the younger of the two children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Isaac, Anderson, James, Rebecca, Melinda and Sarah. She died at the age of 76 in 1946 in Texas.1 -
