William Leggett 
William was born on September 1st, 1691 in West Farms, Westchester County, NY.1 William's father was Gabriel Leggett and his mother was Elizabeth Richardson. His paternal grandfather was John Legat; his maternal grandparents were John Richardson and Martha Mead. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas, Gabriel, Martha, Mary, Alice, Elizabeth and Sarah. He died at the age of 71 on May 26th, 1763.1 -
