John A. Leffert

John A. was born in September 1891 in MARHSALL CO, INdiana.¹ John A.'s father was John Leffert and his mother was Catherine Gast. His paternal grandparents were Harmon Leffert and Consta Lolmaugh; his maternal grandparents were John Gast and Maria Gast???. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Harmon, Constance, Emma Mary, Angeline C., Anna C, Mary Pearl, Barbara and Mary. He was the second youngest of the nine children.¹
