William Lee

William was born on November 20th, 1772 in CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA.¹ William's father was William Lee and his mother was Ann Theus. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Lee and Mary Giles; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Theus and Cathrina Elizabeth Schaumloffel. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Thomas, William, Stephen, Joseph Francis, Elizabeth, Ann, Mary, Harriet, Susannah Martha, Harriet and Sarah Dorothea. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at 10 months old on September 28th, 1773 in CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA.¹
