Phillip was born in 1681 in Westmoreland, Middlesex, Virginia.1   Phillip's father was Richard Lee and his mother was Letitia Corbin. He had six brothers and a sister, named Richard, Francis, Thomas, Henry Henry, Arthur Ferney, John and Ann Mary.  He died at the age of 63 in 1744 in Blenheim, Charles, Maryland.1
