Blanch H. was born on December 19th, 1863.1   Blanch H.'s father was Joseph Turner Lazell and her mother was Mary Ann Augusta Burras.  Her paternal grandparents were Jared Lazell and Hannah Turner; her maternal grandparents were William Hadrick Burras and Ruth Palmer. She had five sisters named Ruth Azelia, Ellen, Emma, Louise and Josephine.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 43 on December 19th, 1906.1
