William Latta

¹ William's father was Joseph Hastings Latta and his mother was Sarah Chambers. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Latta and Elizabeth Hastings. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named James C., Joseph S., Oliver C., Ellen, Elizabeth, Lucinda, Lydia, Mary H., Nancy Jane and Sarah.¹
