Frank was born on September 22nd, 1871 in Warren, Jo Daviess, IL.1 Frank's father was James B. King and his mother was Malvina Amanda Perry. His paternal grandparents were James King and Sophronia Barber. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Ernest James, Charles Edwin, Homer Byron, Roy, Adaline May and Nina M.. He was the third youngest of the seven children.1 -
