William Begg Kelly 
William Begg was born on August 4th, 1913.1 William Begg's father was William McNicol Kelly and his mother was Jeanie Smith Begg. His paternal grandparents were John Thomas Kelly and Elisabeth McNicol. He had a brother and a sister, named John Thomas and Irene. He was the second oldest of the three children.
