William Kelly 
William was born in 1850 in Cass Township, Sullivan, Indiana.1 William's father was Martin Kelley and his mother was Elizabeth Ellis. His maternal grandparents were William Ellis and Martha Robertson. He had a brother and two sisters, named Marion, Martha and Malinda. He was the second oldest of the four children.1 -
