Herschel Johnston 
Herschel was born on February 10th, 1855 in Bucyrus, OH.1 Herschel's father was Samuel T. Johnson and his mother was Mary J. Whitesel. His paternal grandparents were Thomas F. Johnston and Martha L. Walton; his maternal grandparents were David Whitesel and Rebecca Emmerson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named David W., Ellis, Henry, Otoe A., Thomas F., William, Jennie and Belle S.. He died at the age of 90 on July 25th, 1945 in Ontario, OR.1 -
