David Johnson 
David was born in 1700.1 David's father was Samuel Johnson and his mother was Mary Sage. His paternal grandparents were William Johnson and Elizabeth Bushnell; his maternal grandparents were David Sage and Mary Wiley. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Samuel, Nathaniel and Mary.1 -
