Robert Ashton was born on May 14th, 1883 in Forest City, N.B., Canada.1 Robert Ashton's father was Charles Edward Jackson and his mother was Jane Leeman. His paternal grandparents were Edward Bowler Jackson and Jane Lowell. He had four brothers and a sister, named Chester, Raymond O., Edward B., Wellesley B. and Minnie E.. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 77 on September 4th, 1960 in El Cajon, CA.1 -
