James Innis

James was born about 1848 in Ontario, Canada.¹   James' father was James Innis and his mother was Eunice Sipprell. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named William, Moses, Julia Ann, Ruth, Martha, Olive, Mary, Sarah Elizabeth and Susan.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He had four half-sisters named Letice, Jane, Elizabeth and Sarah.¹
