Walter Huyck 
Walter was born on April 19th, 1853 in Norwalk Twp, Huron, Ohio.1 Walter's father was Samuel T. Huyck and his mother was Rebecca Jane Burras. His paternal grandparents were Henry Huyck and Catherine Teed; his maternal grandparents were William Burras and Abigail Jeffries. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William Henry, Ruben T., Abigail C., Phoebe Jane and Ellen Felicia. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 87 on October 22nd, 1940 in Bloomer Twp, Montcalm, Michigan.1 General Notes
