Curran R. Huyck 
Curran R. was born on August 16th, 1855 in Ottokee, Fulton, Ohio.1 Curran R.'s father was Saunders M. Huyck and his mother was Catherine Miller. His paternal grandparents were Henry Huyck and Catherine Teed; his maternal grandparents were Louis D. Miller and Rachel Hogan. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William Ulrich, Arthur, Mary, Julia Miller, Ellen Jane, Claribell and Alice Maud. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Lewis Cass and Frances Amelia. He died about 1883 in Goldfield, Wright, Iowa.1 General Notes
