Thomas was born in 1605 in Arnold, Nottinghamshire, England.1   Thomas' father was Thomas Hutchinson and his mother was Alice Unknown. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Humphrey, Robert, Richard, Isabel and Elizabeth.  He was the youngest of the seven children.1
