William was born in ENG.1   William's father was Simon Huntington and his mother was Margaret Baret.  His paternal grandparents were George Huntington and Anne Fenwick; his maternal grandfather was Christopher Baret. He had three brothers and a sister, named Christopher, Simon, Thomas and Ann.  He died in 1651.1
