Peninah Howse 
Peninah was born in 1599 in Of Ashford, Kent, England.1 Peninah's father was John Howse and her mother was Alice Lloyd. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Howse and Alice Hinton. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Samuel, Henry, Hannah, Drucilla, Priscilla and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 44 in 1643.1 General Notes
