Phoebe Ann Howe 
Phoebe Ann was born on June 14th, 1823 in Tompkins Co., NY.1 Phoebe Ann's father was Martin Howe and her mother was Zillah Buck. Her paternal grandparents were Timothy Howe and Keziah Powers. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Chester Franklin, Benjamin B, Electra, Polly and Sally Lavina. She died at the age of 78 on June 27th, 1901.1 -
