Joseph Henry Howard 
Joseph Henry was born on September 11th, 1887 in Screven Co., GA.1 Joseph Henry's father was George W. Howard and his mother was Tabitha Moore. His maternal grandparents were John W. Moore and Mary Ann Parker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Marion L., Floy L., John Willie, Adella and Susan Ella. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 78 on August 26th, 1966.1 General Notes
