Eliza Jane was born in 1847.1   Eliza Jane's father was William H. "Bill" Holland and her mother was Mary McDonald. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Dave A. "Bill", John A., William D. "Billy", Benjamin "Ben", Catherine Pricilla and Sarah.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.1
