Isabell was born about 1534 in Glastonbury,Somersetshire,Eng..1   Isabell's father was Thomas Holbrook and her mother was Agnes Unknown. She had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John, Richard and Jane.  She was the second youngest of the five children.1
