John Israel Hinely 
John Israel was born on June 18th, 1859 in Effingham Co., GA.1 John Israel's father was John Mathew Hinely and his mother was Mary Jane Burksteiner. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hinely and Ann Eliza Burksteiner; his maternal grandparents were John Robert Burksteiner and Mary Elizabeth Helmly. He had four brothers and six sisters, named William H., Jasper Mathew, Joshua Leonard, Ruben Howell, Henrietta Amelia, Eliza Angeline, Mary A., Georgia Eugenia, Eva Caroline and Lottie Dudonny. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 2 on November 22nd, 1861.1 -
