Thankful Hinckley

Thankful was born on August 20th, 1671 in Barnstable, MA.¹ Thankful's father was Thomas Hinckley and her mother was Mary Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Hinckley and Sarah Soule; her maternal grandparents were John Smith and Mary Ryder. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Ebenezer, Ebenezer, Mary Or Mercy, Abigail, Reliance, Experience and Admire. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Mary, Sarah, Melethiah, Hannah, Bathshua and Mehetable.¹
