William Heckel 
William was born in June 1884 in Brooklyn,Kings,NY.1 William's father was George Martin Heckel and his mother was Maria Katharina (Leopoldine) Krumm. His paternal grandparents were Wilhelm Heckel and Maria Magdalena Fischer; his maternal grandmother was Maria Katharina Krumm. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William (Johannes Krumm Heckel), George Friedrich, Maria Barbara Krumm, Elizabeth (Lizzie), Minnie, Anna Barbara and Barbara. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 1 on October 7th, 1885 in Brooklyn,Kings,NY.1 -
