Martha Jane was born on May 26th, 1834.1 Martha Jane's father was Elias Hall and her mother was Rebecca Dewey. Her maternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Prudence Yemans. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Silas Dewey and Mary Rebecca.1 -
