Lewis Grovenstein

Lewis was born on March 21st, 1817 in Ebenezer, Effingham Co., GA.¹ Lewis' father was Henry Lewis Grovenstein and his mother was Hannah Dasher. His paternal grandparents were John Justus Grovenstein and Catherine Biddenbach; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Dasher and Elizabeth Schweighoffer. He was an only child. He died at the age of 63 on May 18th, 1880.¹
