Maria Barbara was born on May 4th, 1717 in Assamstadt, Mosbach, Baden.1 Maria Barbara's father was Joes Adamus Goebel and her mother was Maria Catharina Heller. Her paternal grandparents were Philippus Jacobus Goebel and Margaretha; her maternal grandmother was Maria Ursula. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Joes Valentinus, Matthaeus, Jodocus Henricus, Maria Margaretha, Maria Catharina, Anna Margaretha, Anna Maria and Maria Eva.1 -
