Elston F. was born about 1914 in Chillicothe, MO.¹ Elston F.'s father was George Thomas Gann and his mother was Florence Geneve Dunn. His paternal grandparents were Ananias Gann and Sarah Breeze; his maternal grandparents were Rufus K. Dunn and Sarah Hale. He had five brothers named Donald R., Louis R., William K., Lester G. and Coval H.. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died in Cameron, MO (?).¹
