Leendert Ganesvoort

Leendert was born on September 19th, 1683 in Albany, Rensselaer, NY.¹ Leendert's father was Harmen Van Gansevoort and his mother was Maritie Leendertse Conine. His maternal grandparents were Leendert Phillipse Conine and Agnietje Casparsz. He had a brother and ten sisters, named Hendrick, Elsje, Agnietie, Marie, Anna, Hillitie, Lysbeth, Rachel, Catherine, Lydia and Rebecca. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 80 on November 30th, 1763 in Albany, Rensselaer, NY.¹
