William Jay Fullager

William Jay was born on January 13th, 1899.  William Jay's father was George Henry Fullager and his mother was Lydia Maria Baker.  His paternal grandparents were George Henry Fullager and Ellen Goldsmith; his maternal grandparents were Perry Baker and Fannie Skaats. He had two brothers named Earl Henry and Clarence.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 82 on August 18th, 1981 in Shelby, Ohio.
