Etta Squair was born in 1867 in RIVERTON, NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA.1 Etta Squair's father was James Fraser and her mother was Catherine Calder. Her maternal grandparents were Alexander Calder and Janet Squair. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas Drummond, Calder Alexander, John James, William Frank, Jean, Annie, Elsie, Isabella Catherine, Hughina and Christina Maud. She was the oldest of the eleven children.1 -
