Antoine Brule was born in 1655 in St. Germain, Amiens, Picardie, France.  Antoine Brule's father was Antoine Brule and his mother was Madeleine Aubry.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 88 on May 14th, 1743 in Ile Dupas, Berthier County, Quebec.
