Chillingsworth was born on June 11th, 1680 in Marshfield MA>.1 Chillingsworth's father was John Foster and his mother was Mary Chillingsworth. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Foster and Abigail Wimes; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Chillingsworth and Joanna.
