George Ford 
George was born about 1769 in Charles County, Maryland.1 George's father was William Ford and his mother was Elizabeth Townsend. His paternal grandparents were William Ford and Margaret Neville. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Henry, John, Lewis, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann. He was the second oldest of the eight children.1 -
